Active Air Cleaner filter included (Combines two incredible mediums into one, superb design. One technology filters the air of microscopic particles; the other removes odors.

Sandwiched in a plastic casing between two layers of electrostatic filters is a dense layer of Generally Activated Charcoal (GAC) GAC is designed to remove all types of odors; pet odors, smoke - even perfumes. Once these particles come in contact with the charcoal, they are locked in place permanently. The electrostatic filters use static electricity to capture airborne particles and remove them from the airflow.

By combining both odor and particle filtration together, the Active Air Clean filter is the perfect filter for pet owners.

Floor Tools Included

The Cat & Dog comes standard with the STB 217-3 Electric Powerbrush and the SBD 285-2 Combination Floor Brush. The SEB 217 Powerbrush is good for low to thick-pile carpet. The SBD 285-2 Floor Brush is good for vacuuming all type of hard flooring surfaces and low-pile rugs that require suction only without an agitator brush..

Bonus STB 101 Mini Turbo Brush

The Cat & Dog includes the STB 101 Mini-Turbo Brush tool. This air-driven brush is great for vacuuming pet hair from upholstery. It is also very helpful for vacuuming carpeted steps and auto interiors.

Telescoping Wand Set

The stainless steel wand telescopes to adjust to the optimum height for each user. No more wands to hook together. Simply press a button on the wand, and adjust it to the proper length.

Cleverly designed with a travel ramp to help you maneuver your vacuum easily over thresholds and around obstructions.

For short breaks, the wand and floor tool can simply be inserted into the park system on the back of the machine. This allows you to answer the door or the phone without having to find an unsafe resting place for the wand or laying it on the floor.

Sid wand holder/Park System

For safe storage and easy transportation, a fitting on the side of the machine allows the telescopic wand assembly to be hooked onto the side of the vacuum when it is upright. The S516 Cat & Dog offers you an ideal solution. If you need to carry the vacuum cleaner up and down stairs, you will have the other hand free to hold on to the railing.

Integrated Electric Hose Connection

Should you wish to add an electric hose and electric powerbrush in the future, the Pisces has a built-in connection for a direct-connect electric hose.

NOTE: If you think you will need an electric powerbrush in the future, we highly recommend you purchase the Callisto, Gemini, Aquarius or Capricorn model now.

This helps avoid the need of having to move the plug to different electrical outlets as frequently. Together with the hose and suction tube (wand), you have an operating radius of 29 1/2 feet.

IntensiveClean Plus™ dust bag

The S516 Cat & Dog vacuum use the "FJM" electrostatically charged IntensiveClean Plus™ disposable dust bag. There is even a flap to cover the opening for dust-free removal of the dust bag.

Durable bumper strip

The fully integrated bumper strip made from soft plastic goes all the way around the vacuum to protect both furniture and the vacuum in the event of a collision.
